in ecological jargon, an excess of noise is usually termed sound pollution. with le bruit qui rend fou (litterally “the noise (drone?) that drives one crazy”), surfing secrets indeed make enough sonic mayhem to irritate pretty much anyone with a sane mind.
& that’s a good thing, too; as soon as the first song kicks off, you get caught in the game, & so it goes with the absurd rap écoute ce style, or the epic sulje suusi polja (nope, that’s not french)—& we’re not mentioning the remixing of their classics pacomofo & j’veux du mcdo.
in a word, a lot of uncalled for noise, & the possibility of a stay in a specialized clinic after listening. what more can you ask for?
